Features a rounded neckline leading to a split V shape and an elastic waistband for added comfort and ease. The belt features a complimentary border print and is removable. Sleeves have some volume and end in an elastic opening. The mini skirt has a flirty feel with a flouncy ruffled hem. Fully lined.
