Shipping policy

All purchases of $300 and more qualify for free shipping. Standard shipping is $8 per label. If your items are coming from both of our storefront locations, you will be charged twice. Same-day shipping and/or next day if we receive the order after business hours.
Business Hours are Monday-Saturday 10-5 Central Time. If we receive your order on Saturday after 12 PM your item will not be shipped until Monday morning. If the item is out of stock we will issue a refund to your original form of payment and you will be notified via email.


Email Updates
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and order updates. It is important that you provide us with your correct email address and phone number in the event we need to contact you with an issue regarding the order. 


Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please email us at blossomboutique@blossomofgville.com
USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package. Once the investigation is complete and if your package cannot be located, we will replace your items if available or we will refund you for the order. We are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund and you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. We are not responsible for any delays caused by mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if the carrier does not meet the guaranteed shipping time.


Returns/Exchanges
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.
